We design in 3D with SolidWorks and ProEngineer.
SolidWorks and ProEngineer are CAD [Computer Aided Design] programmes which allow our experienced design team efficient and swift working in order to be able to develop outstanding and cost-efficient solutions for you.
With the help of these CAD programmes we first of all create three-dimensional volume models. From those we can derive two or three dimensional drawings and even moving visualisations of the objects. The data of the volume models thus generated are simultaneously used to control our CNC machines in tool making.
Moldflow enables our designers to simulate mould filling of single cavity, multi-cavity and family mould tools. You can optimise type, size and place of injection points as well as layout, size and cross-sectional area of the gating system. Computation results comprise cycle time, locking pressure, injection size, joint lines and sink marks. All of those are important indicators for our project teams to determine the optimal process flow.
NASTRAM FOR CALCULATIONs by means OF THE FINITE-ELEMENT METHOD
By application of the finite-element method we can not only calculate extraordinary components or load cases within the framework of design review, but can also achieve savings in materials and demonstrate higher service lives than would be possible with conventional calculation methods.
In this way we support you effectively when designing and optimising your components. The result will be a safe and cost-efficient solution.
